Free innovation lunch for students!
Former SLU-student Pia Karlsson Rattenni will tell us about the journey from idea to company for Love Surströ, a product where the umami from the fermented herring is used to flavor salt. The tradition of surströmming is at risk of being lost, as it’s considered an acquired taste. However, with the help of a chef and a food agronomist with a passion for food and tradition, there is now a new way to try and enjoy surströmming.
In addition to a free lunch and networking with other curious students, you will learn more about the new innovation hub, VentureLab@SLU Ultuna.
